Application of the scene:  

-Sewing Bra shoulder strap loop and similar sewing process which making the elastic material rolled into a loop. 

Effect to be achieved:

-In the use of the tacking bra shoulder strap loop. The manipulator will cut the long elastic tape into short one, then send the short elastic tape to the working position, and fold the tape into a loop. 

-Reduce 30% loss of elastic tape, to enhance the efficiency of sewing and qualification rate.

Feature Highlights:

-Automatic cutting material, automatic feeding, automatic folding. Working Steps: Cut the long elastic tape into short one(SC-1900-A) →automatically send the short tape to the working position,(SC-1900-A) → the first tacking (bar tacking machine) → automatically fold the short tape (SC-1900-B) → the next tacking (bar tacking machine)→ to the next sewing;

-Automatically match the circulatory sewing program of the tacking machine, no manual fix and fold the tape, effectively and avoid the injury.

-Can choose electric cutter or pneumatic cutter, cutting length error ≤ 1mm.

-The Accuracy is higher than the manual operation, improve the quality of product.
