It is specially used for double needle sewing machine and zigzag sewing machine. It can automatically or manually control to cut binding tape and elastic tape
During sewing, the elastic tape or binding tape can be cut automatically or manually at the fixed position behind the pressing foot, by a set length or a set number of stitches, which saves materials and improves work efficiency
- Through the optical sensor and the needle counter, control the cutting length and margin of binding tape accurately
- can be cut in front of or after the sewing pieces
- Pneumatic cutting, work stably
- An especial installation structure of compound presser foot and cutter, not affect the material passability when sewing
- With manual mode, using knee switch to control cutting in manual mode
- Can be used with SXSTAR brand electronic synchronization elastic tape feeder
